Position : Managing Director, India Sales Company : Analog Devices, Inc is a U.S. Fortune 500 Semiconductor companyspecializinginhighperformanceanaloganddigitalIC\'s. Location : Bengaluru, India Position Summary : The India Managing Director is ADI\'s top sales executive and is responsible for leading its Sales organizations in India. This individual will set and execute country sales strategy and drive the organization to execute on its objectives and commitments. The new Managing Director will lead the team to generate accelerated and broad based revenue growth by leveraging ADI\'s product portfolio and innovative technologies in delivering best in class solutions to customers. Specific responsibilities will include: l Developing a comprehensive sale and marketing strategic plan for ADI in India and coordinating its execution to drive aggressive market/customer penetration l Promoting ADI brand in India through ecosystem partnership including but not limited to Government relationship, allies with universities and also connection with local technology communities l Maximize ADI market share in core B2B business but also move the needle to deeply penetrate into high volume consuming market in India specifically l Leading all direct and indirect sales activities including the setting of sales goals and strategies, customer penetration objectives, executive selling engagements, and customer satisfactionmetrics l Hands on ability to monitor and drive individual / country tactical plans to ensure closure of strategic design wins and forecasted business opportunities, defining and implementing corrective actions asneeded l Ensuring that the India organization has in place the appropriate organizational structure and resources required to deliver a market leadershipposition. l Continually evaluating the performance and talent in the organization and ensuringthatarobusttalentacquisitionanddevelopmentplanisinplace l Orchestrating and driving the collaboration of the sales force, product line personnel, marketing teams, and distribution partners toward the attainment of design-win and revenue goals l Communicating proactively with global product line counterparts and accurately presenting emerging local customer requirements for ADI products and solutions l Developing/leveraging a selling methodology that delivers qualifiedopportunities and predictable revenue forecasts l Advocating within ADI on behalf of our India customers to deliver complete business solutions with the highest levels of customer service and quality. l Serve as ADI culture and talent steward . Lead country vision & mission (charter) . Ensure ADI\'s cultural philosophy is embraced and practiced by local management. . Oversee country ADI employee engagement actions . Manage and support cross-country and regional talent development . S/he should understand the company\'s overall strategic plan and become an influencer both internally and externally with strong strategic initiative to win the business. l Bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering or the equivalent ideally an advanced degree or M.B.A., and 15+ years of relevant and progressive sales management experience in a $ 500 million + sophisticated organization l A demonstrated understanding of how to sell directly, and through distribution and other complex channels in a global electronics environment l Semiconductor industry experience is a plus l Management experience is at least more than 5 years l Requires the ability and the judgment to establish clear plans and goals whilemaintainingtheflexibilitytoadjustinarapidlychangingenvironment l Proven ability to interact, influence and motivate management and staff across an organization, and works well within a matrix environment Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: Yes, 50% of the time Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days
