Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities Produce daily operational deliverables in line with client SLAs Evaluate cash flows, financing and risks associated with a broad range of investment products such as Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds and Derivatives Prepare reconciliation and resolve breaks/issues by liasing with respective counter parties (broker, custodian, fund admin, etc) Record corporate actions across portfolios and funds such as cash & stock dividends, mergers, splits, etc. Work closely with Fund Admin to tie NAVs and produce reports Deliver daily, weekly and monthly valuation packs in a timely manner Update performance history along with constituents data and validate as per GIPS standards Prepare analytics reporting to support Asset Management requirements Support the conversion of any new clients and existing migrations in the scope of historical migrations Manage ad-hoc operational tasks independently with minimal support or dependencies Education/Experience:- Basic Qualifications Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree from an accredited college or university Professional Accounting/Finance designation considered an asset (CFA, CPA) 5+ years in Financial Services with an exposure to NAV Recon & Investment Operations Hands on experience on Advent APX a must Product knowledge of domestic, global and OTC security markets, fixed income and MFs along with thorough understanding of TLC Knowledge of calculations such as MarketValue, Cost, FX & NAV a must Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel Knowledge of system platforms such as Geneva / APX / Enfusion / Investran / Broadridge / Moxy / Tradex an added advantage Skills: historical migrations,operational tasks,derivatives,basic qualifications,cash flows,excel,fixed income,enfusion,nav reconcilation,domestic security markets,nav recon & investment operations,advent apx,investran,splits,corporate actions,tlcknowledge,geneva,equities,gips standards,counter parties,system platforms,prioritization,moxy,time management,custodian,exposure,otc security markets,deadline management,analytics reporting,fx,calculations,fund admin,asset management,microsoft office suite,cash flow,global security markets,product knowledge,marketvalue,financing,investment products,broker,broadridge,cash & stock dividends,tradex,mutual funds,mergers,mfs,reconciliation,cost,nav,financial services,apx
