Post : Accounts and Operations Consultant - Offshore Team
Location : Remote
Salary : INR 4 lacs to INR 5 lacs (depending on qualifications and experience)
Work Schedule : 6.30 am to 3.30 pm from Monday to Friday About Us :

Role Introduction :
This role will include handling of all accounting, banking and other operational requirements of clients in the Dedicated Client portfolio as may be assigned. Responsibilities :
\xe2\x97\x8f To handle all banking transactions on behalf of the client like preparation and arrangement of payments to vendors, suppliers and other related parties.
\xe2\x97\x8f To maintain all bank related documentation and other source documents in an organized manner to ensure that the same can be readily made available to the client, auditors and concerned parties as and when required. \xe2\x97\x8f To liaise with the client and related parties to ensure all statutory requirements are complied with in a timely and correct manner. \xe2\x97\x8f To maintain records of financial transactions by posting entries, based on documents received into an accounting software. \xe2\x97\x8f To reconcile bank accounts, post year/month end entries for all accruals, depreciation or similar entries.
\xe2\x97\x8f To prepare Singapore GST returns for quarterly submission, as may be required.
\xe2\x97\x8f To generate year-end financial reports for management review.
\xe2\x97\x8f To prepare MIS reports as may be requested by the client from time to time.
\xe2\x97\x8f To liaise with external statutory auditors as may be required and respond to any audit queries that may be raised. Requirements :
\xe2\x97\x8f Experienced IPCC/CA Inter (Minimum relevant experience of 6 years will be considered)
\xe2\x97\x8f CA/ACCA qualified (Minimum relevant experience of 4 years will be considered)
\xe2\x97\x8f Preferably must be adept in at least one bookkeeping software other than Tally i.e Quickbooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online, Xero.
\xe2\x97\x8f Must possess intermediate level MS Excel and MS Word skills or equivalent.
\xe2\x97\x8f Able to work under strict deadlines.
\xe2\x97\x8f Must be fluent in spoken and written English and must have excellent client communication skills.
\xe2\x97\x8f Since this is a remote position candidates are expected to possess/have access to the following : Laptop/Computer - i5 or equivalent processor, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10 or equivalent OS with antivirus software.
