Accounts & Admin Executive - 1 a. Qualification \xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/related b. Experience: Min 2/3 years of work experience in SME ( Creative Agency Preferred ) c. Salary package: Annual CTC Rs 2,83,800-3,40,560 d. Minimum commitment of 2 years with 3-6 months of probation period e. Key Responsibilities \xe2\x80\x93 Company account(s) management, tax compliance and day to day administration Data entry, tax coordination and reporting, Project invoicing and accounts, Financial administration, Bank reconciliation, Communication and coordination Data Entry Data entry and accounts payable and receivable, project profit and loss accounts Sale and Purchase Entry Tax coordination and reporting GST , TDS Reconciliation & Reports Maintenance Project Accounts/ Invoicing Project PO and invoice processing and follow-ups to client, consultant, and other stakeholders E-invoicing Debit and Credit Note maintenance Financial Administration Office supplies and inventory maintenance Organisational expense management, checking, verification and tracking Full and final settlement closure protocols Timely payment of bills Preparation of salary sheet and entry for the same Filing, maintaining, and protecting all financial data Assisting and supporting with operations Tracking and maintaining employee and projects reimbursables Statutory financial compliance Handling petty cash , preparing cheques Preparing and tracking annual and monthly budget and profit sheet Bank Reconciliation Bank and ledger reconciliation KYC and other data tracking Communication and Coordination Maintain accounts Information systems (daily, weekly, month, annually) Company investment tracking and coordination Good coordination and communication with stakeholders the professional mail and calls, including with CA Fixing meetings with stakeholders including Partners and clients Regular follow-up calls with client accounts team for billables Maintaining regular communication with the bank and bank representative(s) Maintaining project-wise accounts for all company consultants and vendors Overall Assisting and supporting management by ensuring that accounts and financial matters of the organisation are accurate, compliant, timely and protected. Maintain required data with discretion and confidentiality Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi b. Software Tally, Excel , Word c. Preferable Experience of filing TDS and GST returns Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: From 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
