We are looking for an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of the solutions, industry best practices and multiple business processes within the EPM space.

• The role would require:
  

• Ability to work independently as well as in a Collaborative team environment.

• Participate in Requirement gathering sessions

• Excellent stake holder management

• Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment in order to implement Oracle EPM products and technology to meet customer needs.

• Expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderate to complex engagements

• Capability to deliver high quality, well developed solutions within constraints of time.

• Demonstration of strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Requirement:
  
  • Experience of Hyperion Planning, FDMEE, Financial Reporting, Smart View, Hyperion Financial Management
  • Essbase coding / Business rule coding/ HFM metadata and rules coding
  • Knowledge of Consolidation process
  • Knowledge of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes
  • Experience with Essbase and database performance KPIs
  • Lead user sessions for requirements and testing
  • Assist users with problems and resolve issues independently
  • Create test plans, test cases and test scripts and perform technical testing.
  • Create and maintain system documentation
  • Provide training and documentation for supported applications.
  • Data Form modifications
  • Add new FDMEE mappings: in, like, explicit, multidimensional
  • Data Form Validations
  • Manage dimension Security
  • Create complex calculations (Xwrite , xRef)
  • Create Business rule set

• Create FDMEE scripts (SQL, zython)

• Create Composite Forms

• Update Essbase cache settings

• Create Hyperion Financial studio reports

• Create Essbase Calculations

• Add new/amend or delete Metadata

• Add, amend HFM rules & member lists

• Maintain security groups and security classes

• Create Hyperion Financial studio reports

Qualifications:

• Degree related to Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or relevant field

Relevant Knowledge and Experience:

• At least 4+ years hands-on development experience with Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, and Essbase, as well as FDMEE, Shared Services and SmartView.

• At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Hyperion Planning and Essbase, HFM applications using formal implementation methodology

• Strong hands-on experience with creation, maintenance and optimization of forms, calculation scripts, business rules for HFM, Planning and Essbase.

• Strong hands-on experience with designing and configuring Hyperion metadata (entities, accounts, etc.)

• Strong experience with Hyperion development tools / languages, including Jython

• Hands-on experience with administration of Planning, HFM, FDMEE, Shared Services and SmartView

• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles

• Strong problem solving, research skills and the ability to analyse and independently run through a series of potential solutions

• Ability to coordinate and support activities beyond regular working hours

• Experience in project based and/or engineering industry a plus

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure a plus
