Functional Analyst

The Solution Analyst is responsible for gathering business requirement, transforming it to a system solution and formulating the system process and architecture. The caliber has to effectively facilitate and bridge the communication between developer and end user / development team. The person should contain result-oriented mind set and aim at launching the IT product/solution at the designed timeframe and be able to bring the process/system efficiency to the company. This position requires both technical and business skill. The candidate has to equip with strong communication skill, project management experience and programming skill and be able to understand all the relevant applications in the organization. This person has to conduct the testing and implementation plan for the developed module and reinforce the technology knowledge in APAC team. On the other side, the candidate need to fully understand the system's new activity from the global IT team, to see the benefit to bring to APAC business. In term of this role is a part of global IT, you are required frequently communicate with global development team and push and pull the technical information and skill.

What You'll Be Doing

o Closely work with operations, infrastructure, and global IT development team.

o Provide tier 1 & 2 on-going support for WMS and relevant applications in a timely manner

o Responsible for Functional testing the new WMS Solution.

o Enhance the system feature to fulfill the business needs

o Fully understand the system feature and provide solution

o Assist the new warehouse implementation

o Regularly join global IT meeting

What We Are Looking For

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline with typically more than 4 years of experience

o Experienced in application support

o Knowledge of programming and SQL

o Knowledge in BI Visualization and Reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)

o Knowledge in Logistics and warehouse are preferred

o Knowledge in Transport Management System and carrier integration is preferred

o Knowledge of Functional testing process.

Good interpersonal and communication skills with multinational person

o Strong understanding and work independent

o Ability to working in multiple culture and complex structure environment
