What you\'ll do . Run the production/ Demo/NFT environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health . Participate in Performance Tests, Load tests and Chaos test on NFT environment - Identify bottlenecks and contribute to environment stability . Improve reliability, quality, and MTTR . Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating for continual improvement . Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related discipline . Ability to de-bug program (structured and OOP) using one or more high-level languages, such as Python, Java, C/C++, Ruby, and JavaScript . Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement . Quick Troubleshooting and resolution within defined MTTR of NFT/Production environment issues. . Experience in Unix/Linux, SQL and any tomcat-based application is desirable . Experience of working in a global organization and servicing high value/global customers in different geographical locations . Effective troubleshooting, analytical skills and ability to manage complex and work under pressure .
