should give support in application &servers related to Banking clients all over,
r should have good command on O/S of windows ,unix and sql and server,
r monitoring application alerts and escalate for same
r discard CDR Files and process those CDR Files,
r checking sources file on server,
r monitoring ticketing tools
r should have knowledge on Unix Platform
