Application Support Analyst role at IBSFINtech is a focused and experienced professional responsible for supporting our enterprise customers globally for IBSFINtech\xe2\x80\x99s Treasury & Trade Finance product portfolio.
Responsibility
Work with customers to understand the issues and documenting these clearly in the ticketing tool.
Apply understanding of application design, configuration and functionality to solve customer reported issues effectively and efficiently.
Assist customer in correctly using the software
Understand issues / customer questions and classify into the different categories like Severity 1, 2, 3 and ensure SLA wrt each category of bugs is met.
Requirement
Good hands-on experience in supporting the software applications in finance, treasury or BFSI domain.
Experience in SAAS software for BFSI, Treasury or Trade Finance domains
Experience in handling the ticketing tool like Jira, Freshdesk etc.
Experience in using Microsoft office tools specifically Excel and email.
Confident in working with customers directly.
Good written and verbal skills in English.
Graduate degree in B.E / B.Tech and/or MBA(Finance)
