Our Team Georgia-Pacific (GP) is seeking a Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) Business Systems Support Analyst to join our Corporate IT e-Procurement team. xa0 xa0 The SS&P Business Systems Support Analyst will partner with GPu2019s Strategic Sourcing & Procurement organization and other IT Product team members to focus on supporting procurement solutions across a diverse business system landscape. xa0 What You Will Do During your working hours, review all incidents that are dispatched to a 24x7 Production Support queue in Service Now. xa0 xa0 Provide front line analysis on the reported issue and work with the customers to resolve the issue. Focus on the customer and how you can create superior returns by quickly and thoroughly resolving their issue. Partner with SS&P Product Teams & business partners to identify common areas that require enhancements.xa0 xa0 Focus on learning the business processes we support. Apply good economic judgement based on support trends.xa0 xa0 Look for opportunities to permanently remediate them.xa0xa0 Work collaboratively with business and IT team members to enhance our application footprint.xa0 xa0 Seek opportunities to resolve recurring issues. Monitor ServiceNow queues for incidents that impact our customers.xa0 xa0 Prioritize & resolve incidents that impact the Ariba solution(s). Maintain system configuration and documentation to support system changes (configuration rationale, functional specifications, test plans and other supporting documentation).xa0 Work independently and interdependently to resolve business challenges and improve results.xa0 Support GPu2019s Strategic Sourcing & Procurement organization as we continue to grow Enablement to more suppliers. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent 1+ years of Application /Technology Support experience, DB Admin Experience and/or Programing Experience. xa0 xa0 Basic knowledge of SQL Server transact-SQL and stored procedures. Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving ability Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to provide effective application training to stakeholders Fast learner and takes initiative to learn new technologies and search out process improvements. xa0 Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with individual users and/or teams at all levels. S trong analytical, critical thinking, and functional/technical troubleshooting skills Ability to collaborate with various workstreams on identifying and solving multiple integration touch point issues Cross-functional knowledge of various technologies- SQL, Database, programing languages, file systems, etc. What Will Put You Ahead Knowledge of ERP purchasing functionality Experience with SAP S/4HANA, AssetSuite, ARIBA, MP2, INFOR M3 or other procurement applications. Experience using interface solutions such as EDI/API transaction capabilities with internal or external non-SAP applications through middleware data transformation.
