Responsibilities

The supervisor position within the Central Support Team HSE induces:

• Ensure the management of the SWIFTNet platform (implementation of the functional configuration, updating configurations, etc.)
• Oversee flows to ensure the quality, integrity and security
• To provide assistance and support to customers in the SWIFTNet platform
• To provide assistance and support to SG user and clients for corporate portal "Global Cash" during weekdays
• To provide support of shutting down application / closing interfaces for deployment/interventions support and perform sanity health checks post deployment before sending out the final customer communications
• To meet customer adequately and accurately and on time under the SLA. :

• Supports within a maximum of 15 minutes (response to the request or sending an acknowledgment)
• Processing the application within a maximum of one hour
• Manage incidents and follow up: Creating JUMP tickets, participation in the analysis and resolution activities, updating and tracking tickets, etc.
• To manage recurring tasks

• Management monitoring tools (updating OTAWA alerts ...)
• Updating procedures
• Manage customer requests received by phone or email
• Management of communication tools (updating the SharePoint GFL / SWI and contacts)
• Formalization and dissemination of activity reports for particular ensure the transmission of information to night / day shifts

Managing Functional Validation before and post deployment of changes /Intervention

Engage on-duty in case of any Incident and extend support for searching of messages, recycle of messages, etc

Perform Sanity Checks on flows, interfaces, applications, etc from Application User Interface

Profile required

• Production Environment Application Monitoring & Treatment of alerts & anomalies
• Knowledge of perimeter applications (master interfaces and configurations):
• SWIFT (SAA / SAG)
• Basic SWIFT messaging and infra-structure
• Ability to work in team
• Understanding and Practice of English spoken and written
• Understanding and Practice of French spoken and written
• Knowledge of technical concepts & protocols ( resiliency / disaster recovery )
• Knowledge exchange protocols (SWIFT FIN, FILEACT, MX)
• Analytical skills to perform simple investigations on production alerts as per SoP
• Understanding basics of Change Management & Incident Management
