Position - Branch ManagerQualification: Any Graduate with ophthalmic experience.Experience: Should have minimum 5- 8 yrs of experience in ophthalmic sales(Equipment and IOL) Roles & Responsibilities - Handling complete Sales activities of branch (E.g. Microscope, slitlamp, OCT, Green Laser, Yag Laser, Phaco etc.)- Handling complete promotional activities of branch - Review trade area and identify new market opportunities - Keep in line with company growth strategy - Meet & exceed company profit goals - Manage accounting and budget information - Participate in district training calls with other branches - Source train coach and develop staff - Address customer issues & concerns promptly - Manage the administrative activities of entire branch - Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans - Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities - Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws - Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company - Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration Required skills :- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices - Ability to meet sales targets and production goals - Familiarity with industry\'s rules and regulations - Excellent organizational skills - Results driven and customer focused - Leadership and human resources management skills - Financial acumen and budgeting skills - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to understand customer needs - Time management and multitasking ability (ref:updazz.com)
