Shift Timings \xef\xbf\xbd EMEA Shift |Management Level \xef\xbf\xbd Senior Process Manager| Travel Requirements - NA We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Campaign Manager/Digital Strategist with 8-10 years of experience to join our team. This role is the heart of the customer team where you will support the account team, consultants, and specialists and play an integral role in the operational process of various campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Media Planning, Implementation, and Optimization. As a Digital Marketing Strategist at our company, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and overseeing various marketing campaigns for a range of products and services for some of the best international brands. The candidate must possess knowledge relevant to the functional area, and act as a subject matter expert in providing advice in the area of expertise, and also focus on continuous improvement for maximum efficiency. It is vital to focus on high standard of delivery excellence, provide top-notch service quality and develop successful long-term business partnerships with internal/external customers by identifying and fulfilling customer needs.
He/she should be able to break down complex problems into logical and manageable parts in a systematic way, and generate and compare multiple options and set priorities to resolve problems. The ideal candidate must be proactive, and go beyond expectations to achieve job results and create new opportunities. He/she must positively influence the team, motivate high performance, promote a friendly climate, give constructive feedback, provide opportunities for development, and manage career aspirations of direct reports. Communication skills are key here, to explain organizational objectives, assignments, and the big picture to the team, and to articulate team vision and clear objectives.

Senior Process Manager Role and Responsibilities
\xef\xbf\xbd Develop a digital media and performance strategy that improves and supports the digital transformation of the client. Generate insights based on campaign data analysis, audiences and creatives considering conversion as a principal KPI \xef\xbf\xbd Provide tactical and strategic recommendations to enhance performance; with direction from the Digital Client Lead \xef\xbf\xbd Design the measurement framework, KPIs based on clients\xef\xbf\xbd desired outcome and bring digital, data and technology innovation solutions to clients \xef\xbf\xbd Provide creative leadership for all visual, technical, and design concepts for marketing-related image and customer outreach programs to ensure quality control and consistency. \xef\xbf\xbd Develop inspiring and innovative approaches as a proof of concept including recommendations for quality improvements \xef\xbf\xbd Prepare tender presentations and annual strategies with the team \xef\xbf\xbd Identifying potential campaigns and strategies for new campaigns tailored to client\xef\xbf\xbds requirements \xef\xbf\xbd Manage and oversee concept, design, and implementation of both print & digital campaigns with good experience in building video ads and TVCs (short/long form) from conceptualizing, storyboarding to delivering the final output
Technical and Functional Skills
\xef\xbf\xbd Graduate/Postgraduate with 8-10 years of experience in Digital Creative Production. Should have an advertising background (education or work experience) \xef\xbf\xbd At least 5+ years of leadership experience in Digital Marketing and Creative (Ad Campaigns) \xef\xbf\xbd Experience in driving customer acquisition strategies to bring in new users and convert them to paid subscribers with complete focus on ROI optimization \xef\xbf\xbd Ability to create, analyse and optimize digital marketing campaigns based on awareness and performance objectives \xef\xbf\xbd Experience in creating strong, compelling and strategic media recommendations on how digital channels can be used to integrate the consumer journey with focus on conversion \xef\xbf\xbd Expert knowledge of SEM, social media, listening, sentiment analysis and programmatic tools \xef\xbf\xbd Expert knowledge of the digital activation ecosystem (display, mobile, video, audio, DOOH) tools and partners. Profound knowledge of web and media analytics tools and automatic optimization tools \xef\xbf\xbd Strong experience in Ad Digital Campaign Strategy for performance-driven (direct response) acquisition & retention ads with a record of achieving higher ROI for global brands \xef\xbf\xbd Expertise in multiple digital marketing disciplines, including affiliate, native, content, Facebook, Twitter, Google search/display and email marketing \xef\xbf\xbd Experience with planning, building and executing campaign calendars to attract, engage, and delight customers through web-based campaigns, social, offline and email-based campaigns \xef\xbf\xbd Experience in influencing Digital KPIs (impressions, clicks, and conversions) producing incredibly engaging display ads for social media \xef\xbf\xbd Experience in performing deep dive analysis by leveraging data from multiple sources and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Ahrefs, Keyword planner, Google trends, AWS advertising, CRM platform, etc., to understand consumer behaviour and trends and using the insights to drive better results \xef\xbf\xbd A standout colleague; loves to work with cross-functional teams in understanding requirements and aligning needs to business/product vision \xef\xbf\xbd Good experience of MS Office suite
