Strong foundational knowledge on object-oriented analysis and design, with hands-on skills in recent technologies Hands-on knowledge in Oracle,KDB Application performance tuning, application performance analysis and tuning, analysing performance metrics Hands-on experience on Linux/Unix environments Responsibilities Strategy Ideal candidate must be an SRE Engineer with proven credentials of delivering in world class engineering teams with 3+ years of relevant experience. With a bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent discipline Business Independently contribute to Maintain, Enhance and Develop existing applications Improve code quality statistics, participate/drive code reviews and continuously reduce technical debt Study existing engineering processes and contribute to improvements to drive up efficiencies Processes Build a transparent and collaborative culture in which incentives are based on support of Client Income with specific performance metrics on the Bank\'s valu People & Talent To work in partnership with teams across and ensure that the flow trading product is value additive for clients and the bank Risk Management Monitor all major risk issues and concentrations. Where appropriate, direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to Risk Committees Governance Promote an environment where compliance with internal control functions and the external regulatory framework is a central priority of the business Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the .
