The Role:

Analytics Consultant

Looking for resources with excellent knowledge in SAS and SQL to perform BAU reporting activities with an intention to migrate them to Tableau or Power Bi depending on the recommendation from business. These resources will be supporting assignments within Home Lending area, so prior knowledge on reporting or US Home Lending business would be preferred skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Perform complex financial and economic analysis and model development
• Plan, coordinate, and take lead on projects to automate the reports in SAS/SQL to Tableau or Power Bi
• Manage or participate on large cross group projects and mentor less experienced staff
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Is responsible for identifying and research data inconsistencies across several different system of records to control data quality checks
• Utilizes programming tools to perform comparative analysis
• Has a strong knowledge and understanding of mortgage industry: servicing, loan performance, or default data and reporting
• Work with Home Lending Technology team to develop code to put into production for Data Quality controls for reporting.

Technical Skills:

• SAS/SQL \xe2\x80\x93 Primary skill
• Power BI /Tableau \xe2\x80\x93 Secondary skill

Certifications Needed:

• SAS OR SQL \xe2\x80\x93 (Not Mandatory)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum qualification Any Graduate (Full Time).
• 5+ years of Analytics experience using SAS and SQL.
• 4 + Years Data Visualization experience using Tableau or Power BI using complex datasets.
