You will be part of a the Enterprise Chief Data Office, a central data enterprise team within the data technology pillar that aims at building the best data technology solutions for Nokia. You will work with business stakeholders, data scientists, data engineers and product teams to support the business solving the most critical challenges through data solutions. What you will learn and contribute to Are you passionate about advanced analytics As part of our team, you will: Working with stakeholders to understand the needs and challenges of the business and using data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement. Identifying and gathering data relevant to the business and its goals. Collaborating with data scientists and other data professionals to develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems. Working with IT and other technical teams to ensure that data is accurately collected, stored, and analyzed. Participating in agile team meetings, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions, and contributing to the agile process through activities such as story writing, estimation, and testing Your skills and experience You have: 5+ years of experience within the data ecosystem (e.g., BI, Advance Analytics, data governance initiatives or even construction of data technology capabilities) Strong communication skills: Should be able to effectively communicate complex data and analytics insights in clear and simple language and should be able to create visualizations that are easy to understand and interpret. Analytical skills: Should be able to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and drive business growth. Business acumen: Should have a strong understanding of business operations and goals and should be able to use data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making. Collaboration skills: Should be able to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders, including business leaders, data analysts, and IT professionals.
