Purpose of the Role:
The ICS Operational Excellence Reporting CoE has responsibility for the design, implementation, and assessment of the operational risk framework within International Card (ICS) consistent with AXP\xe2\x80\x99s risk mission and in full compliance with risk management policies, risk limits, and applicable regulations. This position will be responsible for producing and publishing risk metrics reports to senior leadership team and compliance team within the required SLA. This individual will work closely with Business Self Testing teams as well as the teams across ICS to ensure accuracy and timeliness of MIS and reports for Senior leaders and deliver analytical solutions to our partners.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Create and deliver best in class analytical solutions to ensure the success of Business Conduct Program

\xc2\xb7 Identifying opportunities for new automated & custom analytics solutions around all areas of ICS Business Conduct.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for supporting the migrating of existing reporting to Tableau

\xc2\xb7 Manage work on adhoc requests from Senior Management/strategic stakeholder/ICS leadership

\xc2\xb7 Engage in multiple initiatives, lead or support ongoing Program Specialty projects and provide consultative expertise focused on win-win solution

\xc2\xb7 Translation of complex analytical output into easily digested insights with clear recommendations

\xc2\xb7 Identify new technologies and capabilities that can advance and future proof analytical solutions

\xc2\xb7 Conceptual thinking skills and ability to identify and implement technical solutions to achieve process automation and improve group\xe2\x80\x99s productivity

\xc2\xb7 Ability to lead a team of 1-2 analysts in future

Critical Factors to Success:

\xc2\xb7 Timely delivery of reporting with complete accuracy, quality, and integrity.

\xc2\xb7 Strong time management skills and a proven ability to consistently deliver on preset timelines

Academic Background:
Graduate/Bachelor\'s degree

Past Experience:
4-6 years of experience in Reporting and generating actionable insights with data

Knowledge of Platforms:
Advance Excel, Tableau, Python, SQL
