- Analyst Objectives of this role Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across Facility & Real Estate Vertical Participate in meetings regularly with managers to assess issues and to identify and implement improvements for more-efficient operations Provide strong, timely financial and business analytics for decisions by partners and organizational stakeholders Develop actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes, and establish and organize KPIs in line with global directives Comply with all national and local regulations Responsibilities Develop dash boards (Facilities, Transport, Engineering operations) using power BI and analyses data and accordingly advise on the decisions to be taken to drive efficiency. Interpret data using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques Evaluate key performance indicators, provide ongoing reports, and recommend business plan updates. Should demonstrate learner mindset to learn new trends in the data analysis Work closely with FM operations team and support develop dash boards and analyses data and help drive decisions basis the data Work closely with REIT teams to deploy/program manage various RE IT tools deployment that enables smooth FM operations . Generating data and dash board utilizing IVMS (In Vehicle Monitoring System) and generate Reports like Harsh Braking, Harsh Acceleration, Over speed, Driver driving hours on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Maintain departmental compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure departmental adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Arrange training sessions. Develop project plan to help facilities to deliver projects in Real Estate Implement appropriate safety guidelines and investigate injuries or unsafe conditions Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to top management using the various facility data points, Managing different IVMS (In Vehicle Monitoring System tool) functionalities as per International Specifications & Standards. Communication with stakeholder for road safety/IVMS related matters, issues and action items. As a past of IVMS tool Validate Driver Selection as per criteria and track defensive driving training process. Conducting Vehicles check for full IVMS tool functionalities as per given IVMS parameters. Monitor vehicle journey plan through online tracking system. Monitor driver\'s behavior in the online IVMS tool, and issue instant alerts for drivers. Generating IVMS System reports, i.e. Trip Details, Drivers Violations, RAG & Over speed violation Reports etc. Analyzing different reports derived from IVMS tool and other tools Systems and provided feedback to supervisors Assisting in crash / near miss incident investigation. Generate accident related IVMS Reports (Activity time line, Tachograph, Trip Report, Violation History etc.) Taking full responsibilities of data connectivity of IVMS tool devices and ensure timely correction of defects in IVMS and regular maintenance of IVMS devices Participate in transportation risk assessment, Line of defense audits including hazards identification, risk ranking and propose mitigation measures. Conduct Vehicle safety inspection as per approved checklist for light & heavy vehicles. Should have knowledge in excel, power BI , Power point, and macros. Should have Specialized understanding of the total technical support area and systems within scope, as well as interfaces with the business, in order Pls Note :- IVMS ( In Vehicle Monitoring System ) is a tool deployed in vehicles this gives the data on vehicle management and the data needs to analyzed using Power BI, Excel etc., . IVMS is not a skill.
