Analyst - Verint Tool Management

Description -

Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Responsibilities:

User & Role Management

  • .User onboarding & Off-boarding process ( DPA Installation & Uninstallation through SCCM process)
  • UAM user approvals & License management
  • Maintain the list of User subgroups / Sites
Reporting Operational Insights (Metrics)
  • Regular (Weekly) reporting of Verint DPA insights to Market Leaders
  • Site Level / Group Level insights
  • Develop & Report DPA analytics (Require basic understanding of Analytics)
  • Compliance Trigger Management
Change Coordination
  • Regular review with Business Leads and documentation of change requests
  • Coordinating documentation of change requests with Asset Owners (Amit Rao & Ross V) Change Management & Coordination meetings
Issue Management & Vendor Interlock
  • Manage DPA client related issues with HP IT and Asset owners
  • Manager Verint admin console related issues with Verint development team
  • Establish and track the SLA for issues agreed and report any deviations to the asset owners
  • Ensuring timebound issue resolution
Operational Activities
  • Closer collaboration with Business Leads
  • Tracking & communication of any deviations in metrics (at Site / Team level)
  • Ensuring the compliance of Verint DPA for all customer facing agents for respective HP badge sites
  • Meeting cyber requirements and compliance adherence
Education and Experience Required:
  • Graduate (any), data anlysis training/certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in relevant experience
  • Relevant industry qualification where applicable.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported.
  • Good excel skills to develop reports
  • excellent collaborator - should be able to co-ordinate with peers across different countries
