The Role: Analyst, Program & Project Management

The Impact: The Analyst will provide program and project management for all Commercial & Marketing Technology. Commercial and Marketing Technology is responsible for S&P Global\'s strategic evolution of commercial technology platforms, capabilities, frameworks, and operational processes.

Responsibilities:
Vendor Management: As Vendor Management Coordinator for Commercial & Marketing Technology, you will be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day activities related to external technology vendors. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in the coordination of vendor interactions, tracking contract timelines, and maintaining accurate documentation. You\'ll play a key role in vendor relationship management by conducting research, gathering data, and contributing to performance assessments. This position will play a lead role for the department in vendor negotiations, contract administration, and the optimization of technology procurement processes.
Confidentiality and discretion: Maintain a smooth flow of information while exercising a high level of discretion in managing the confidential and sensitive nature of communications
Internal partnership & collaboration: Establish collaborative and friendly relationships with internal stakeholders
Internal meetings and offsites: Plan and execute training sessions and various meetings. Work with leaders to set and socialize agendas, organize meeting logistics, secure and test technology requirements, handle meeting follow-up items, etc.
