JOB DESCRIPTION OF SHIFT ENGINEER - PLANT ENGINEERING
- Shift Management involving complete plant utilities management.
- Able to work in shifts
COMPLIANCE
- knowledge of the qualification in accordance with Compliance/CEIG for DG & Substation operations with electrical Supervisor permit is preferred or can be obtained later
EHS
- Ensuring safety of self, Team & contractors on the site, knowledge on Environmental requirements
- Maintenance system ? Well versatile with PM, Breakdown Maintenance, Predictive maintenance, energy conservation systems.
UTILITIES MANAGEMENT
- Hands on experience in 66/11 kv Receiving station & Distribution Substations, LT DG synchronizing & operations.
- Electrical Maintenance of transformer, Switch gears, Feeders maintenance, Distribution system etc.
- Operations of Gases like Hydrogen, Argon, Nitrogen etc are preferred
- UPS maintenance, Air compressors maintenance, Dust collectors, HVAC maintenance,
- Knowledge on trouble shooting of PLC, VFD, Hard wired logic system. Water pumping system, Adiabatic coolers
- Material handling equipment, Fire safety systems, Knowledge on ETP/STP, fire hydrant system
- Support to Projects inclusive of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) works, knowledge on basic civil repairs
AMC
- Ensuring AMC services are availed in time and effectively.
