Business & M&A Analyst (Manufacturing)

- Evaluate acquisitions (company/ brands/ plant), Hive-off, Spin-off, transaction.

- Inorganic / Organic growth strategy for different SBUs)

- Preparing financial model / pitchbook for potential acquisition / divestment target

- Performing financial, tax, and commercial due diligence,

- Preparing business models and synergy calculation

- Preparation of board presentation for NBO / BO Approval.

- Performing competitors benchmarking, industry analysis, peer strategy etc.

- Preparing PPTs for specific requirements of board members.

- Liaising with Investment banker / Target Company / due diligence and legal consultant\'s team.

- Preparing periodical MIS, business updates, mid-term plan, projected financials for SBU

- Responsible for preparing the quarterly Investor Presentation and other compliances.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA/CWA/MBA (Finance) with 4-6 years\' experience in Business & M&A Analysis in a Manufacturing Industry.

2. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

3. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

4. Excellent documentation skills.

5. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

6. Should be comfortable working across cross-functional teams/functions.

7. Strong analytical skills and process orientation

8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

9. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel & Visio.

10. Self-starter mindset with a strong onus on project ownership.

11. Solid listening, communicating and solutioning skills.
