Introduction:
The purpose of the role is to support the DLP Service by processing security alerts generated by the various monitoring tools and technologies operated by the team in order to identify potential instances of data loss / exfiltration and other activity which may pose a potential Insider Threat risk.

What will you be doing?
o Daily processing of security alerts in relation to potential data loss / exfiltration within prescribed timelines

o Escalation of security alerts for review by business line management

o Escalation of security concerns to DLP management and Group Investigations Tasking & Co-ordination Bureau (TCB) for formal investigation

o Daily processing of other staff related security incidents which could indicate a potential Insider Threat risk

• Strong Analytical / Investigative skills
• Strong Communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 written and verbal
• Ability to prioritise workload and understanding of when to escalate to management
• Ability to work remotely from direct line management

Skills that will help you in the role :

• Experienced user of electronic communications such as email / internet
• CISSP
