Title: Lead Analyst, NPI Operations (Supply Chain)

Other Responsibilities:
Performs lead business analyst role in any enquiries/enhancement requests in the NPI Planning & operations, Supply chain planning and scheduling, Demand Planning & Order fulfillment
Perform NPI planning operations management activities including forecast monitoring, Actuals to Forecast
Performs analyst role in having discussions with peer teams like Production Control, Customer Engineering, Process Integrations, Manufacturing Operations, Industrial Engineering & OSAT teams for capacity commits etc.
Work with ISC Logistics teams on shipment expedites and other logistical issues etc.
Perform system analyst role in performing data analysis between touch points, root cause analysis on any gaps/issues, design, develop & validate the reports using Power BI reporting platform

Required Qualifications:
Education - A bachelors degree in production engineering or industrial engineering or mechanical engineering or equivalent
Experience - Bachelor 6 to 8 years, Masters 5 to 7 Years of relevant experience in Supply chain, manufacturing, production planning, demand management, and/or business consulting
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and customer relationship skills
Should be well versed with New product initiatives , samples or proto planning .
Should have a good understanding of Supply chain planning & scheduling, Inventory management, Demand planning and forecasting
Should have excellent analytical capabilities and presentation skills
Should have excellent excel , advanced excel and Power BI skills
Travel - (15% of travel required)
Language Fluency - English

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of driving supply planning and demand planning
Bachelor's Degree Required
Expertise in Supply Chain Management
