About the Job:

As a SR. Business Development Executive, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer engagement process.

Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

- Understanding and analyzing customer requirements.

- Handling inbound and outbound calls to leads generated through diverse marketing activities.

- Communicating project details via email or WhatsApp and facilitating site visits.

- Collaborating with the sales team post-site visits and maintaining comprehensive reports.

- Managing leads allocation, diligently following up, and striving for high sales conversions.

- Providing timely updates on the sales pipeline and generating necessary reports.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates are required to meet the following criteria:

- Exceptional communication skills.

- Attainment of 80% or above in any academic qualifications.

- Basic knowledge of sales and the real estate industry.

- Candidates from NIRF-ranked colleges will be given preference.
