Role purpose: Marketing Automation Lead builds and engineers best in class marketing automation platform to drive revenue centric demand generation campaigns. The platform is provided as a service to various segments and other functions (CVM) and this role orchestrates through a well-defined ruleset and performance measurement metrics. The role is also responsible for building the martech stack for enterprise to ensure a performance driven approach to digital campaigns The responsibilities include: Benchmark b2b marketing automation capabilities and design a capability roadmap Build marketing automation stack with key focus on near term and long term business needs establish Digital Marketing as a revenue channel and platforms which serve cross-functional needs (e.g. Digital Demand Gen) Own and enable integration of marketing automation stack with sales systems, CRM systems and Digital campaign platforms Design annual calendar of campaigns vs business outcomes, aligned to business priorities across products and segments and seasonal demands Design and execute campaigns on platforms and continuous measurement and publishing of performance. This role has an interface with Cross functional, Central Digital team and IT/Digital. Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Marketing Automation Tech Strategy : Define capability roadmap and identify best in class marketing automation and martech tools for implementation Demand Generation Campaigns : Design and execute campaigns to drive demand for products, propositions and possibly events - Offer this as a service to functions within marketing and across. Campaign optimisation using scientific technique. Lead Management Process : Setup a well-defined lead management process clearly establish handshake across systems and teams Performance Measurement: Continuous monitoring of campaign outcomes and publish dashboard with topline metrics (Conversion/Funnel) along with MQLs Cross-Functional: Effective liaising with business, digital and technology functions to deliver roadmap Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]: More than 6 years of marketing automation and campaign experience Practitioner of martech stack and automation platforms Coordination skills and excellent communication skills Ability to work through influence across cross-functional teams Must have technical / professional qualifications: MBA in Marketing Experience with marketing automation tools and experience in programmatic marketing Certifications in Digital Marketing Budget owned: None Spends owned: None Key performance indicators: Campaign execution and MQL outcomes Revenue impact through - MQL-SQL- Sales conversion Execution of capability roadmap Organisation Size & Structure: None Vodafone Idea Limited (formerly Idea Cellular Limited) An Aditya Birla Group & Vodafone partnership
