Job Purpose

• To do risk evaluation, understand and execute timely support for Prepaid Products capability development Demands, design system configuration checks & SIT/Production test artefacts for all new products and existing products & process changes.
• Ensure that the changes in the system and processes are as per business requirements with no impact to revenue, customer experience and regulatory implications. Perform regular analysis of the usage and revenue, to identify anomalies that need intervention and highlight appropriately.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• To understand the proposed development/changes in systems and processes and perform risk evaluation for impact on revenues, customer experience and regulatory compliances.
• Make necessary recommendations for system level changes, reports and process changes to mitigate any risk identified.
• Plan the RA validation approach and design the test scenarios for SIT and production environment that will be required to test.
• Explain the RA test scenarios to Business, IT & CS teams and get the testing executed by CS UAT PF Team.
• Perform validation of the configuration changes and test scenarios and release go / no go decisions for the change implementation within the agreed TAT.
• Support and recommend solutions while doing trouble shooting related to the changes.
• Build and maintain a strong partnership and communication with cross functional teams for seamless implementation.
• Ensure compliance to RA processes for change management.
• Post implementation monitoring of system performance, usage and revenue trend for the changes.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Analytical skills & eye for detail business understanding of Enterprise domain
• Good Systems knowledge for Telecom (preferably Enterprise OSS & BSS systems)
• Inter personal skills for stake holder management and good communication skills.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Graduate (Engineer / IT or other streams) with an MBA/CA/ICWAI add on.


Years of Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Telecom Revenue Assurance.
