Work you’ll do

• To perform regular RA reconciliation and analysis of different telecom streams (Prepaid, Postpaid, Interconnect, Roaming, VAS, Mobile Money, IPTV, Fixed Line, ADSL etc.)

• To analyze revenue assurance activities and ensure the effectiveness of the activities for Mobility and Enterprise business

• To design and support the operation infrastructure for the performance of Revenue Assurance controls

• To improve revenue and profitability through complete assurance of revenue and minimization of leakages

• Understand business process changes that may affect the company’s ability to identify, monitor or collect revenue (e.g., new system implementations/upgrades, new product roll outs, etc.)

• To analyze data/reports to identify opportunities and areas for improvement

• To perform data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL and MS-Access

Qualification & requirements

• Experience in data analytics
• Strong knowledge of telecom fundamentals

• Experience in Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management (RAFM) domain knowledge
• Ability to write advanced SQL/ MS Access and analyze large data sets
• Exceptional communication, inter-personal and analytical skill and stakeholder management
• Execute work plans and manage projects effectively
• Works well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
• Contribute to a positive team attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Open to travel as necessary to meet client requirements.

• Build and maintain client relationship by understanding and being responsive to client needs and ensuring high quality of deliverable
