• Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
• Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle
• Support Digitization (TMS implement) process setup and take part of necessary testing to check Test scenario with concern IT/ outsource agency for final deployment.
• Inventory management of the Warehouse
• Supply availability of the all-Master Distributors/CSD/ B2b Govt Sales/ e-com/ Institution sales by working along with Planning Team at HO
• Coordinate for OEM Stock availability with Planning team at HO and sourcing team at Factory as per business requirement.
• Follow up/discuss with Sales/Service to initiate SRN with necessary approval and commercial return reduction.
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, secondary freight, and customer services
• Plan to meet new transporters for further rate negotiation/Onboard with existing transporters to optimize best freight cost as per industry standard.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Manage 3PL partner through engaging with them and getting our performance KPIs thru 3PL partner.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Coordinate with Master Distributors for transit Damage/insurance cases and arrange Indents to be placed to service team for packing replacement or arrange necessary act for insurance process.
• Coordinate with Factory/Depo Team about actual cost deduction against Transit Damage/Theft cases and initiate to credit Note at Dealer/Distributor account
• Coordinate with respective Transporter & accounts dept for Debit/Credit process and information flow to master distributor
• Highlight to SNOP team about - No sale inventory/ ageing Inventory and coordinate for liquidate the same through Second sale/employee sale
• Manage any CAPEX/OPEX requirement/ quotation/approval to support Warehouse smooth function.
• Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements as per Audit requirement.
• Capacity Planning for the warehouse in terms of Max space utilisation and logistics requirement
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
• Implementing & Analysing Cost and Budget Controls.
