About Our Client
Our client is a known player in the health care provider space across multiple businesses of testing, diagnostics and health check-ups. They have presence in India and in other countries too
Reporting into CEO, your responsibilities would include the following:Primary Responsibility:
Contribute to initiatives in development, providing support related to shaping strategy and setting objectives for impact
Consult with teams with initiatives in execution to support assessment and adaptation of strategies in complex, evolving systems
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform learning and choice-making within initiatives
Manage relationships and engagements with grantees and partners contributing to strategy and strategic plan development
Works closely with the CEO/ Co-Founders and leadership team to develop future growth strategies and strategic plans.
Understand the drivers of financial, marketing, and operational performance and forecast its impact on the business (with special focus on improving cost efficiency & customer experience)
Conduct in-depth analysis of our various businesses and develop a deep understanding of key value drivers to identify opportunities and improvement areas
Work on financial and strategic analysis like revenue projections, cost analysis, market benchmarking, pricing etc.
Work on periodic business reporting, inter-departmental meetings & design various dashboards
Develop financial models and performs an evaluation of the projects from time to time
Prepare decks, briefs/summaries, and materials for investor and industry meets
Strategic planning support for operationalizing strategies: -
Consult initiative teams on target setting and implementation planning, including resource management and planning
Conduct risk assessment, mitigation planning and monitoring in collaboration with initiative teams
Support continued refinement and strengthening of dynamic management approach across teams
Continue to enhance organizational capabilities around project management, work planning, team structuring and process planning
Collaborate with the Monitoring and Evaluation teams to support dynamic learning and strategy shaping
Push/Suggest perspective on key questions and develop tools that can be used across teams
Ad Hoc Strategic/Organization Project Support: -
Provide bounded strategy and planning support for fast-moving opportunities beyond those that emerge from pipeline of initiatives
The Successful Applicant
MBA from Tier 1 institutions or B.Tech/B.E from Tier 1 institutions with additional 2 year work experience (total 10-12 year)
Minimum of 8-10 years' strategy and/or strategic planning work experience, ideally with project experience in for-profit environments
Experience delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Consulting and/or client service experience strongly preferred
Experience working in global organizations and /or contexts strongly preferred
Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.

Accurate, honest, has high level of humanity and presentable
High proficiency to work, communicate, and write in English is required, with fluency in other languages an asset
Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and to prioritize scheduling of work
Ability to work independently, be attentive to detail, and maintain a positive attitude
