Leading healthcare company looking for Assistant General Manager healthcare related experience will be added advantage Location :Ernakulam Candidate with min 10 year experience salary as per the experience negotiable position : 1
- An assistant General Manager should cooperate with the general manager, and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
- Nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
- Delegating daily tasks.
- Addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
- Help promote improvement across all departments by emphasizing on safety, output targets, problem-solving, and team building.
- Provide help to management, including assistance with hiring and training, and keep management updated on team performance.
- Creating reports as necessary about practices, effectiveness, participation, etc.
- Supervising staff and controlling merchandise.
- Supplying and maintaining office equipment
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
- Conducting general supervision, including hiring, engaging, training, and attendance of employees
- Setting a good example for staff.
- Minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree

- Must follow and operate through company rules and regulations
- Thorough understanding of the business process and management
- The ability to operate under pressure in a fast paced environment.
