Roles and Responsibilities
Must have:
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 5+ year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum (and Kanban) principles, practices, and theory.
- Ability to operate independently and manage key stakeholders especially product-owners and development team. Vocalise, champion the agile process within the team/organisation.
- Motivated individual, capability to be a servant leader, excellent facilitation-skills, situational awareness, conflict resolution experience required
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
- Experience of creating appropriate scrum reports to build confidence in scrum process and demonstrate continuous improvements in process.
Good to have:
- Experience with using Jira and confluence.
- Friendly personality and positive can-do attitude
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
