About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished scrum master who can be part of the Business Enablement Group which develops solutions to enhance and improve business processes at Barco.

Key Responsibilities
You help the teams on the delivery and making realistic sprint goals according to the definition of ready and done.
Bring transparency to Business and IT about the teams progress and Agile processes.
You optimize the team's work and resolve impediments.
You facilitate the scrum events according to the team's needs.
You help build a fun and productive environment within and around the teams in order to get the best out of them.

About the Successful Candidate
Preferred Skills and Experience
B.E./ B.Tech (Computer Science or IT preferred)
5-10 years of working experience as Scrum master. Scrum Master certification is an asset. 3-5 yrs years of overall experience in SAP & development.
You have excellent people and coaching skills You know how to Influence rather than own.
A true servant leader mindset with willingness to go extra mile.
You are self-aware, self-reflective, with a commitment to personal growth.
You are an active listener, able to see anothers view and have their experience being appreciated and understood.
You are able to be effectively rigorous about Scrum,Kanaban, agile, and their values and practice.
You understand the impact of technical debt and code quality, and you are savvy enough to understand the costs, benefits and tradeoffs. Understanding conceptual ERP architecture, and CI/CD is a plus, as well a desire to inspire continuous learning and craftsmanship.
Experience in working with globally distributed teams
Has the necessary agile mindset & cooperative skills to get things done.
Fluent oral and written English skills.
Education: Any Graduate
