A Scrum Master having hands on experience on Agile, JIRA, Safe, Scrum. JOB RESPONSIBILITY This position is expected to analyze, coach, and coordinate with Business & Software development teams Adhering to all aspects of Application Development Life Cycle Experience in a scrum master role, with 6 + years related experience Manage each project s scope and timeline Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Coach team members in Agile frameworks Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur Help teams implement changes effectively Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity Assesses current project status and supports quick decision making to achieve successes Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements QUALIFICATION B.Tech /B.E /MCA EXPERIENCE 6+ years of experience with Scrum Master role Demonstrated success in full Agile & SAFe implementations SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Experience in a scrum master role, with 6 + years related experience, US Healthcare industry required Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks Certifications preferred - CSM, Safe Agile Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery team LIFE at CARELON Extensive focus on learning and development An inspiring culture built on innovation, creativity, and freedom Holistic well-being Comprehensive range of rewards and recognitions Competitive health and medical insurance coverage Best-in-class amenities and workspaces Policies designed with associates at the center
