About the Department Novo Nordisk International Operations region APAC ( APAC (Asia-Pacific) area comprises of 20+ Affiliates and Sales offices in Australia, South Asia, and Middle East. APAC IT Operations is responsible for management of Vendors on infrastructure services and projects. APAC IT team has a Local IT in each of the 20 countries, who provide onsite IT Support to the users.
The Position As a Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for the overall tracking of the end user device budget activities from order to despatch with dedicated teams and contribute to the continuous improvement. You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

  • Perform analytical tasks and support the GoS (Global onsite support) financial reporting processes.
  • Contribute to the budget process AB/RE for the regions and perform follow up on actual spends during EOM (End of month) reporting.
  • Follow-up and coordinate on behalf of the IT Director.
  • Support the financial management services within RITO (Regional IT operations).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Finance Management Support (Budgeting) related experience required.
  • Basics of IT knowledge.
  • Proven ability to operate, maintain and further develop services.
  • Previous experience working in a 24/7 organisation.
  • Good Financial background, analytical and technical skills area an asset.
  • Experience with or high interest in Agile ways of working and/or global teams and consensus building skills.
  • High cultural sensitivity and ability to work across cultures. Above all, have passion for excellence with a concise, precise, and effective approach to problem solving and decision making.
