Curve Tomorrow (Curve) is an award-winning software company that focuses on digital health software. Curve works together with healthcare organizations, researchers and doctors to develop digital healthcare products. The company has ~ 40 employees and has offices in Australia, India, Pakistan and the Netherlands. We are also a certified B Corp!

A number of Curve products that are currently in the market:

- Booking system by which deaf and hard of hearing people can book a translator for their appointments. Currently used nationwide in Australia, 25,000 bookings per year.

-A smartphone application called [Headcheck](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=au.edu.mcri.headcheck&hl=en) by which parents can accompany their child at home after they have had a concussion. Deployed nationwide in amateur sports leagues.

- A spin-off product called [WeGuide](https://www.weguide.com.au/). WeGuide is an application that allows healthcare professionals and researchers to better guide patients during their treatment. Patients receive support during their care process through various interactions (education, questionnaires, reminders).

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our world leading digital health team.

Purpose

The Agile BA works as part of the delivery team to facilitate clear and open communication between business stakeholders, engineers, and the product owner. The Agile BA will help improve the delivery process by adding key business analysis activities, and deliverables within the current projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of an agile team to deliver high-quality business analytics solutions
• Consult with the business and product owners to prioritize and shape the product backlog, using agile practices for prioritization around business value
• Be responsible for providing multi-disciplinary teams with user stories and coaching to define the business-driven acceptance criteria and test cases
• Proactively support the uplift of agile practices and foster a culture of continual service improvement
• Facilitate workshops across multiple disciplines to gather and refine requirements

Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to creatively solve problems and try new approaches to achieve work outcomes, leveraging a strong analytical mindset
• Ability to negotiate and influencing skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders and users in the provision of advice, guiding decision-making, and seeking cooperation in the delivery of services
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations and training to a variety of audiences
• Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects
• Knowledge and experience in the digital health industry
• Ability to work under broad direction, with a considerable degree of autonomy
• Ability to quickly learn new health domains
