Reporting to - AVP Product Management and Marketing
Department - Product Management and Marketing
Experience - 4 years to 9 years
Role in brief:
Person is responsible for :
- Assistance in development of Product Strategy & Calendar and other strategic initiatives driven by the product team
- Conceptualization, Development, Filing, Launch and Management of Products
- Detailed understanding of Direct to Customer and Group business
- Building positive customer experience
- Market Intelligence
- Guiding the implementation of product on systems; Product communication and support; Post Launch Sales Support and Performance Tracking
- Regulatory Submissions
- Handle Stakeholder Queries and Requirements
- Project management and adherence to product development processes
Skills required :
- Problem solving ability, Meticulous approach, Communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Analytical ability, Ability to plan, organize and follow up
- Project management understanding and capability, Understanding of Customer experience
Candidate Profile : Product executives in life Insurance companies with experience in Direct to Customer business.
