The Bank also continues to focus on growing the book profitably by enhancing productivity, improving operational efficiency to reduce cost, and containing risk by leveraging technology such as AI and ML & rigorous portfolio monitoring

About the Role

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the team of Sales officers at assigned branches for Nano Business loan.

The Role is expected to manage the team efficiently to achieve the disbursement, collection and portfolio management targets as per defined parameters of the bank. The role will be taking care of 1-2 districts of state based on the portfolio size



Key Responsibilities

\xef\xbf\xbd Handling sales target for the secured and unsecured loan products for Nano business focused in semi urban and rural area

\xef\xbf\xbd Train the team for loans products and other banking products for cross sale opportunity

\xef\xbf\xbd Tracking and improving manpower productivity

\xef\xbf\xbd Managing collection efficiency to ensure nil flows from bucket X

\xef\xbf\xbd Managing early delinquencies to ensure portfolio is healthy and there are no nonstarter cases

\xef\xbf\xbd Customers assessment by visiting business place, residence place and security proposed for cases as per banks policy

\xef\xbf\xbd Periodic visits of customers and cross checking of sourcing quality/ loan utilization

\xef\xbf\xbd Managing PDD and audit queries and ensure submission within time

\xef\xbf\xbd Keeping regular track of competition and reporting new products/market development

\xef\xbf\xbd Managing relationship with customer and act as first point of contact for any issues if not resolved by RE.

\xef\xbf\xbd Adhering to the banks policies and ensuring compliance of the same.

\xef\xbf\xbd Should have valid two wheeler driving licenses, two wheeler and Smart phone (preferably android9/IOS 9 and above)

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

\xef\xbf\xbd Education: Graduation/Post Graduation

\xef\xbf\xbd Maximum Age: 32 Years

\xef\xbf\xbd Experience: 3-7 Years of experience in sales in Bank or NBFC for- Nano/Micro Business Loans/ Small ticket LAP/ Self-employed PL/ AHL

\xef\xbf\xbd Good understanding of Micro/Small unsecured business loan, Affordable housing or Small ticket LAP

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

1. Good knowledge of field level operations and systems

2. Experience in assessed business income is must.

3. Should have knowledge on

o Basic knowledge of credit bureau check

o Banking assessment

o Repayment record assessment

o Understanding of local market practices with regard to legal and valuation of property

o Good knowledge of local area and financial/ economic conditions
