About the Role

The candidate is required to monitor the processing of consumer account transactions, maintenance of account records and entry of account data into financial institution departments. Review and recommend updates and changes to policies and procedures utilized in delivery of Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure transaction processing within defined TAT and cut off and Zero loss booking due to operational errors / delays.
• Ensure archival of paper base as per defined Retention grid.
• Ensure checklist adherence and error free processing with inex %
• Ensuring nil audit observations
• Other activities -a. discrepant cheque handling\xef\xbf\xbd b. Support branch BOSH for branch related activities c. Handling regulatory notices etc.
• handling technical and financial clearing queues
• Processing Frontending transaction with nil errors.

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

\xef\xbf\xbd Graduation/ Post graduation from a recognized institute

\xef\xbf\xbd 0-3 years\xef\xbf\xbd experience in the relevant field
