About the Role

\xef\xbf\xbd In this role, candidate will be responsible for handling walkin customers and guiding them as required. The role would also entail supporting in other branch related activities
Key Responsibilities

  • Handling all walkin customers and closing quick kill queries.
  • End to end / priority processing for all service requests.
  • All customer escalations to be resolved within standard TATs.
  • 100% service call-back for pammed customers
  • Ensuring nil audit observations
  • Encourage customers to digital channels.
  • Other activities -a. Handling display / Binder b. Support branch BOSH for branch related activities c. Handling regulatory notices etc.
  • Drive NPS@90% - Provide strong service culture to improve service quality & create superior customer service. Drive client excellence through Net Promoter Score.
  • handling technical and financial clearing queues
  • Engaging with customers to increase CASA balances (fresh/float) and tide booking
Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

\xef\xbf\xbd Graduation/ Post graduation from a recognized institute

\xef\xbf\xbd 0-3 years\xef\xbf\xbd experience in the relevant field

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

\xef\xbf\xbd Ability to solution issues and manage complex situations

\xef\xbf\xbd Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language

\xef\xbf\xbd Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

\xef\xbf\xbd Good networking and relationship building skills
