Position Overview

Ralph Lauren is growing its India based Marketing & Design IT team and is currently recruiting for a strong business analyst candidate. The Business Analyst will be integral in the delivery of the Company's global digital asset projects which spans product studio, advertising, and marketing as well as all channels of our digital selling portfolio. The Business Support Analyst is responsible for coordinating the movement of assets into Digital Asset Management solution. The analyst will work closely with our Library cataloging team to ensure completeness of archived assets. Among other responsibilities the individual is responsible for functional tasks such as testing new and existing functionality, end user documentation and training.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Support internal and external developers by testing and validating the functional aspects of applicationsIndividual must prioritize and report status of assigned tasks and deliverablesAbility to support and perform user training sessions including training material documentationWork with global operational leads and developers to participate in the roll-out of initiatives which require documentation management, application testing, and other various activities surrounding the Adobe Experience Manager PlatformCoordination between key stakeholders of the platform to deliver solutions in alignment with project and business objectiveIndividual will work within a global team that is responsible for the functional aspects of end user production support

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • 2-3 years of Digital Asset Management software experience
  • Relevant years of experience with MS Office suite of applications
  • Basic Familiarity in software & cloud solutions preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn new process skills and applications on a as need basis
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision on assignments
  • Ability to document and communicate concepts and proposals
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in working with Projects execution in Agile methodologies is preferred
