Job Description


: What you will do Primary Responsibilities / Capabilities Engage in Customer Advisory programs with Practice Director and/or Principal Architects to lead future transformation programs with customers. Multi-domain software, hyperscaler, network, security, automation, and data analytics domains within scope. Support the Practice Director and/or Principal Architect to drive architecture, consultancy and roadmap development for customers leading to value and benefits realization. Define, Refine & Align roadmaps outlining outcome and benefit delivery. Assess Customer Needs and Define Usecases, Journey Maps, Functional and Technical requirements. Work interactively across multiple CXTO teams and with CXPM, CX Centers and CX-Theatre teams to bring solutions to reality and provide solution delivery transition and governance as the need arises. Support the Practice Director and/or Principal Architect to Plan, Define and Execute Customer Workshops for assessment, innovation, roadmap, target architecture and requirements mapping phases. Support the Practice Director and/or Principal Architect to lead Innovation / Ideation thinking customer facing workshops. Work collaboratively with CX SDA (Solution Design Architects), Theatre Architects and Services Sales leads to frame solutions offers and/or proposals to customers (CSOWs) Secondary Responsibilities / Competency Domains Support Modern Application ideation, design, architecture, and delivery for Pre-Chazm or Early to Field solution. Specifically possess the ability to work across Azure, AWS, GCP and other Cloud environments with software development based practices (Git, GitHub, HashiCorp, Terraform, Python, DevNet), Docker, Kubernetes(K8 / AKS) etc.) Possess knowledge of Modern Software Development practice and differences between SRE, CICD, DevOps and the tooling / platforms aligned to same. Have some knowledge of IT operations methodologies including ITSM/ITIL/eTOM/FCAPS IT operations experience and knowledge Understand ITSM and IT Infrastructure Operations Tools/SaaS/EMS/NMS/RPA/ML/CMDB/SNOW etc Understand and demonstrate experience architecting / defining IT Ops transformation to Agile / DevOps Software Factory Tooled / Staffed environments. Understand Technology and IT Operations Services Capability and Maturity Maps and be able to articulate a customer journey referencing and/or creating such tools. Support RFx Seeding and/or Pursuit as required in support of Service Sales and Account Teams. Prepare Proposals, Fiscal Estimates, Level of Effort (LOE), WBS / Task / Resource Plans/estimates and proposed consulting delivery schedules / Gant Charts as required. Who you are Ideal certification/experience: 8 Years+ Multi-domain Architectures / System Integration / Customer Advisory Cisco CCIE / CCDE (one or more) Togaf / EA / Garter-EA Formal Practitioner Accreditations and experience + 5 Years - PMP / PoGM PMI experience / accreditation BA Experience (Business Architect) Industry Certs (AWS, Cisco, Azure, ITIL, Agile, Risk Management) Desirable Additional Experience: Change Management (CM) Organizational Change / Transformation IT Operations / SRE / DevOps / SecOps / NetOps / CloudOps Data Analytics Architecture, Methods, Processes & Tooling (Ai, ML, Hadoop, Spark, Flume, Zookeeper, Workbench etc) Why Cisco #WeAreCisco.
