About the Team: The Business and Financial Services (BFS) practice area is a specialized unit that serves the investment community by offering process and industry expertise throughout each stage of the investment cycle. This area works closely with clients from the initial stages of intelligent analysis to deal structuring and post-investment support. The team comprises of experienced professionals with in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and a thorough understanding of the various processes involved in the investment cycle. With a focus on providing customized solutions and support, the BFS practice area helps clients navigate the complex landscape of the investment world, ensuring that their investments are optimized for success. Overview: Deliver background research & analysis on client projects. Key objective at this stage is to develop as good analysis & critical thinking skills. Should also imbibe the core values of the organization & integrate well into the team. Responsibilities:

• Lead a client project to structure & coordinate activities in developing a coherent strategy.
• Able to coach, train and assist team members in acquiring the requisite understanding and practice of tools, methodologies, and framework.
• Plan research for the complete engagement that includes qualitative, quantitative, and empirical.
• Strong problem-solving skills and show good judgements to identify problems for solutions to be proposed.
• Create a project management plan taking onboard project resources and expected outcomes.
• Track and manage the project delivery of major strategic projects, develop bespoke client solutions, and perform quality control.
• Proactively develop and manage client relationships, conduct detailed business needs analysis, and demonstrate expert industry knowledge.
• Lead speakers at client\xe2\x80\x99s presentation, industry events, tradeshow etc.
• Able to plan own/team project timelines to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Structure and propose components, assign task and estimate effort.
• Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded, timelines are heeded.
• Develop excellent quality content.
• Work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be an extremely professional and committed consultant/research individual with a good understanding of market research and/or consulting methodologies. A pro-active, methodical and innovative working practice is essential, with a proven ability to deliver accurate results.

• From 2 to 10 years of experience with a strong understanding of market research/consulting methodologies - depending on seniority of position.
• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration/ Economics/ Public Policy or related fields.
• Articulate with excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Demonstrable experience of consultative selling.
• A proven project management skill is ideal but not a must.
• Are Well-organized and detail oriented.
• Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision.
• Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Are disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards.
• Is a strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business.
