Team Join the Global Public Sector and Regulated Markets Industry product management team and lead strategy and success of regulated markets offerings globally. Regulated markets support our Global Public Sector customers globally who serve citizens and provide digital workflows to defense agencies and higher ed world-wide. Work with exceptional product managers, go-to-market professionals, sales, solution consultants, and pricing experts to create and capture immense value. Role In this unique role, you will evolve and execute regulated markets strategy in conjunction with the Global Public Sector strategy to scale ServiceNow to a 16B+ company. ServiceNow is already a leading provider of platform and industry solutions for many US federal (civilian and DoD), state and local agencies and is expanding to new public sector markets globally. This role is highly collaborative, working actively across the globe, all business units (BUs) in ServiceNow, and our ecosystem of partners.You will own the business of regulated markets. What you get to do in this role Analyze regulated markets\' needs and public sector use-cases Develop strategy and business cases, create and execute multi-year roadmaps Run P&L and grow a $bn business including investment and success Lead a team of product managers, business analysts, and strategists globally Engage business and product stakeholders across the company, get buy-in, and manage communications, expectations, and dependencies Define key business and product success metrics and outcomes Qualifications To be successful in this role, you have 10+ years B2B/B2C PM experience (ideally some years in public sector/government) Platform-type product experience (iPaaS, aPaaS, hpaPaaS, IaaS, SaaS) Able to travel up to 10%, unless you are located near clients Strategic mindset, experience in product strategy demonstrating customer value and business outcomes Exceptional communication skills and stakeholders\' management Entrepreneurial drive: self-starter, able to navigate high degree of uncertainty and risk Customer focus: deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building strong customer relationships Strong prioritization skills and discipline to focus on high-impact activities Facilitative leadership skills: can use marketing, product, and business knowledge to inform decisions and communicate effectively with and influence internal and external parties Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills and a proven process of data-validated, hypothesis-driven, experiment-tested decisions Technically savvy, experience working with developers and designers to craft delightful customer experiences JV20 Additional Information ServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
