The Position As an Advanced Business Analyst, you are to be part of the SuccessFactors Employee Central, operations & maintenance, to support projects, to handle roll outs in the system architecture and to maintain SARBOX compliance globally with IT System Controls. You will also be entrusted with the following responsibilities: Be part of the SuccessFactors system management team, managing operations and maintenance for Employee Central. Ability to define systems requirements, design, and prototype business processes, test complex functionality and train others and work in a team environment. Execute data load into EC and issue resolution and Assist reporting team in creation of reports in EC using ORD and People Analytics. Perform and guide testing and Issue resolution during all cycles of development and UAT(User Acceptance Testing). Identifying, assessing risks, planning, and implementing risk controls. Qualifications You will be holding a bachelor\'s degree in relevant subject with 8+ years in IT with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience with SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors EmployeeCentral. Required technical knowledge on SAP OData Services, SAP BTP (SAP Cloud Platform), BTP - Business Technology Platform & MuleSoft will be add-on. Certification in EC Module is an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. About the department In HR IT, we support the P&O in all the Hire to Retire processes by providing the IT/digital solutions to the processes. In HRIT GBS, we are responsible for managing the systems that includes system management, compliance, infrastructure, governance etc. HR IT department has systems which support People & Organisation processes in Novo Nordisk. This position is responsible to be part of the SuccessFactors Employee Central, operations & maintenance, to support projects, to handle roll outs in the system architecture and to maintain SARBOX compliance globally with IT System Controls.
