Our team of highly skilled IT professionals is responsible for managing the IT operations of all major Global Quality IT systems. We ensure robust IT support for the entire Quality Management System, spanning across the globe. Our key objective is to guarantee product quality and patient safety through reliable IT systems.The positionAs a Validation Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance of systems and maintaining a close working relationship with NovoNordisk IT QA.
• Participating in system operation and maintenance in IT System Management.
• Contributing to new releases, defect management, test coordination/validation, quality risk assessment, and design review.
• Authoring, reviewing, and signing off on validation deliverables.
• Participating in annual periodic reviews and maintaining an overview of compliance tasks and acting as a key linking pin between validation responsible parties and Quality Assurance.

Qualifications

• To excel in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• A graduate degree in a relevant field such as Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Should have 10+ years of IT experience, including application testing and deployment in Azure DevOps.
• Practical knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Microsoft PowerApps Platform.
• Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical domain and working with GxP systems.
