About the department

Cross DD&IT Technologies is the unit which is responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc.

The Novo Nordisk SAP Authorisation CoE will help provide security implementations to Product Supply, R&D, Finance and HR working across SAP application areas such as FI, HR, WM, MM, SRM, ATTP, PPPI, WM Log, PM, QM Calib. GBT, APO, SD etc. handling some of the most Financial or GxP critical IT processes in Novo Nordisk

It will also play a key role in design and implementation of S4 security within the NN SAP landscape

The Position

As an Advance Business Analyst II, you will be responsible for SAP Authorisation and providing security implementations to Product Supply, R&D, Finance and HR working across SAP application areas such as FI, HR, WM, MM, SRM, ATTP, PPPI, WM Log, PM, QM Calib. GBT, APO, SD etc. handling some of the most Financial or GxP critical IT processes in Novo Nordisk and play a key role in design and implementation of S4 security within the NN SAP landscape.

Will be part of a central SAP Authorisation CoE team consisting of other specialists and working closely with the Scrum Master to execute requirements in the SAP security product backlog

You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing SAP Authorisation solutions in Supply Chain, Finance, HR and across Logistics areas and approach Identity security management with a focus on SAP authorization development, design and enhancing new/existing roles, automating the role and user provisioning processes.
  • Maintain and implement the security of the SAP platform ensuring compliance being up to date as per the internal and external requirements and use compliance with SOPs/Guidelines as the basis for role design/development/modifications under the guidance of a lead within the team.
  • Reviewing the business blueprint, functional specifications for SAP security role development and user acceptance test plans and participate during go-live phases Monitoring, reporting and remediating elevated role provisioning to make sure that unauthorized access is removed.
  • Guide/Support vendor partner for SAP authorization related Change requests, as relevant and work within a centralized agile set up with team and stakeholders alike in the SAP landscape.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters in relevant field with relevant 7 to 10 years of experience in working in a service -based organization/pharmaceutical industry preferably in the IT industry.
  • Relevant 7 to 10 years of SAP experience.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Security/Authorization implementations.
  • Experience in SAP ECC / S/4 HANA Authorisation and security project implementations will be a plus.
  • Ability to represent NN in relations with internal and external stakeholders including Suppliers and Authorities.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
