Position

The position will be responsible for managing the intelligent BPM service in ensuring high performance KPI\'s including defined Quality of Service, Incident management, change Management, Capacity and Vendor Management.

It includes,

  • Ensuring Novo Nordisk best practices are employed in management of services to ensure all security and compliance requirements are met in the processes and day to day operations.
  • Responsible to help all system managers with re-designing the jobs and creating rational integration with help of architect and partner, project teams and customers to coordinate service delivery.
  • Ensuring all service\'s quality performance and availability are in line with Novo Nordisk business needs and agreed service levels and contracts with prioritisation of tasks and deliverables to the business demands will be a key aspect.
  • Responsible for monthly discussion with vendor service manager to discuss about the current and future requirement for platform and communicate with more than 100 stakeholders for the services.
  • Involved in technical discussion of the Platform Upgrade with NovoNordisk architect and vendor team and prepare Annual IT periodic reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or similar graduate degree field in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration combined with additional relevant IT and business experience.
  • Should have 10 years of relevant domain knowledge within IT Operations, IT Integration, IT Security, IT system management, IT Technology & project management.
  • Good experience to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily with IT Operations, Line of Business IT organisations and users.
  • Should have high cultural sensitivity and comfortable working with different countries and cultures across multiple time-zones.
  • ITIL Certification (Good to have).
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills written and orally in English.
  • Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure.
  • Should be self-driven and capable of making key decisions.
