Creo Developer in Engineering Process and Tools team is responsible for development of new utilities and map keys within the Creo Tool.

The role requires the collaboration with the business representatives to collect requirements, negotiate best in class solutions, develop in the Creo environment, test and iterate and to deliver to the end users providing training material and support as required.

This role reports to the Engineering Process and Tools team and as required, works closely with the platforms, product engineering, and engineering services operational leaders to identify business needs and requirements.

The ideal candidate for this role will be fully experienced and competent with the Creo application. They must have a proven track record in the development of utilities and map keys. In addition, sound knowledge of Engineering processes and tools. Sufficient user support experience. A demonstrated passion for developing and leading the deployment of new tools and processes into the business environment.

Additional responsibilities will include:

Users Support and Users Group Meeting \xe2\x80\x93 Support the end users on process & tools, providing methods support and addressing issues and bugs.

Support the Engineering Process & Tools technical leaders in the management of user group meetings, creating agenda items and content to be presented for all tools. Support in filtering and negotiating user requests for enhancements ensuring that only valid and prioritized ones are accepted for development to maintain common processes for CNH Industrial.

Training - Preparation of training material for enhanced tools and processes ensuring that adequate levels of material are available, i.e. summary for Managers, detailed for the users. Provide post implementation support.

Process & Tool development - Works in close conjunction with the Engineering Process & Tools technical leaders to negotiate, agree and define new and to modify existing CNH Industrial methods and procedures. Support the Engineering Process & Tools technical leaders in design sessions with IT and software vendors to develop tool solutions. Documentation of Business requirements, i.e. writing detailed documents describing both the tool behavior and new processes.

Testing Process & Tool Developments \xe2\x80\x93 Support the Engineering Process & Tools technical leaders in the creation of detailed test specifications. Test the application and processes successfully prior to any deployment. Support the Engineering Process & Tools technical leaders for the co-ordination of test teams and results compilation and reporting as applicable.

Implementation \xe2\x80\x93 Support the Engineering Process & Tools technical leaders to define and lead the planning and preparation for new tool & process implementations including data and system migrations as required and in tight co-operation with the business. Support in the deployment of new processes to the end users.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or IT related fields.

8-12 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in product development with an extensive knowledge and experience of Creo development tools including map keys, Toolkit and Visual Basic programming.

PLM, PDM, BoM, Configuration & CAD tools and processes, Global Product Development processes is desirable but not essential.

Main IT applications knowledge: CREO and its development tools is mandatory, good background on Windows Office, Windows Project, Teamcenter (PDM), Capital (ECAD), Automation Studio (Digital electronics circuit design and simulation), E-BoM and product configuration tools, Drive IT/ServiceNow (ticketing management).
