Calling International Customers (US, UK, Middle East) for EdTech company Lead Generation (Experience with Inside Sales / SaaS sales / direct selling Demonstrated excellence in consultative selling experience)

We\'re looking for Admissions Counselors who are extremely customer centric and are excited by the challenges of a fast-paced business environment. As an Admissions Counselor you will be responsible for communicating with the parents of prospective K-12 learners, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day and consult prospects, be able to engage and build long term relationships with prospects and close sales effectively. Role and responsibilities: Consulting prospective customers & converting them to paid customers for Company\'s premium and personalized K-12 Math learning program through a need-based and personalized selling approach Understanding core learning needs of students through their parents, and aligning the offerings of the program to the same through phone, email and text Handling customer objections in a consultative manner to close sales Identifying and generating references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline Adhering to the defined inside sales process, tools and data management logic to ensure a high number of enrolments with the minimum churn for the assigned set of prospects Onboarding the learner after closing a sale, and maintaining the relationship between Company and the customer Coordinating and resolving queries of customers & teacher partners Highlighting issues through parent feedback and helping with effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Meeting and overachieving the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrollments. Maintaining updated contextual information in the CRM platform with details pertaining to discussions & lead stage changes in real time
